If so, we are looking for a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team and lead the design efforts for our innovative products.


Responsibilities:

  • Design captivating user interfaces with seamless and intuitive user experiences.
  • Take the lead in the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation as needed to creating prototyping and delivering solutions that effectively address the initial challenges of the product.
  • Participate strategic decisions, offering insights into how product experiences can positively impact our businesses.
  • Conduct targeted user research to understand the behaviors and requirements of product users.
  • Utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to measure and enhance design effectiveness.
  • Facilitate in discussions, gather feedback from cross-functional teams, and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
  • Challenge and define requirements rather than designing by request.
  • Advocate for the right UX outcomes, persuading stakeholders with data-driven and logical reasoning.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business development, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Mentor and lead other designers, encourage a collaborative and innovative design environment.
  • Initiate and execute design solutions that effectively tackle challenges while leveraging opportunities in both our product and the industry.
  • Stay forefront of UX/UI best practices and bring deep knowledge to the team.
  • Ensuring delivery within deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards, and compromise a balance between quality and speed, with the ability to recognized when it's necessary to adjust and optimize quality to finish within tight timelines.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
  • Hands on experience on end-to-end product.
  • Self manage with minimal guidance.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills, including experience with apps and websites.
  • Proficient in designing for various platforms, including iOS, Android, and web, understanding platform limitations.
  • Solid understanding and experience with basic design principles: layout, contrast, spacing, hierarchy, typography, etc.
  • Familiarity with user-centric design and design thinking concepts, adaptable to different contexts.
  • Logical and systematic problem-solving approach with a passion for precision in UI design.
  • Expertise in Figma’s product space. Explore new trends, patterns, tools, and technology to the team grow.
  • Demonstrated craftsmanship, empathy, and collaboration skills, with a growth mindset.
  • Proactive in effectively communicating and persuading design concepts to stakeholders
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, promoting skill development within the team.
  • Design and tech savvy.
